WHAT TO EXPECT

STEP 1: A Rain Away Gutter specialists will visit your home or commercial property to evaluate any water issues. With your input, we will plan the best cause of action to protect your investment. We will work with you to select the best Gutter style for your home (profile of the gutters and downspouts).

STEP 2: Once all the decisions are made and your gutter installations are scheduled (within 2-3 weeks depending on season), our highly trained gutter contractors will return to install your seamless gutter system. Gutters and downspouts will be cut to the exact length of your home and installed with proper angles to guarantee proper water flow. Typical installations can be completed in one day.

PROPER INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

Installation:

Most houses don't have complete systems that are installed correctly.
There should be seamless gutters on every slope of the roof.
Should not have standing water and should not leak.
Should be securely fastened to the fascia with hangers every two feet behind the D metal.
Downspouts should be securely fastened to the house and should terminate away from the foundation via French Drain System or ground pipe.

Maintenance:

Most gutters should be cleaned twice a year, in the Spring & the Fall, to prevent clogging.
Not conducting routine maintenance can cause damming to occur, causing deterioration of the gutters and risking water leaking into the house.
